Statement request

I have tried to contact whatsapp portal but all options are stating that I've selected an invalid option, then I went to request for my statement via email off which I received a response immediately from Senamile Mbokazi a consultant from Atlas Finance requesting that I provide my ID number for further assistance, And I've been waiting since, how hard can this be just for a statement?
