The worst service i received from the staff from the commissioner branch and they head office. They double debited my account and when I spoke up to them about it I was sent from pillar to post by the staff and branch manager they ignored my request and queries from beginning . They refused to refund me my funds and told to deal with head office where they head office had told me to deal with the branch the lady there had the audecity to belittle and undermine me as a client and told me straight that they won’t help me am shocked by how the branch manager handled the whole situation non of them took time to hear what I had to say all they wanted was to tell me what I should do when I explain to them what they head office said they hung up and said they had other serious issues to deal with… a bad and *********** way to deal with clients it’s Ohky for money to come in but not to go out . Am still not refunded and it’s likely not to happen coz the manager of the branch hasn’t sent anyone a mail at the head office like he said he will
