Settlement Request/ Worst Third Party Service

I have accounts with atlas that was handed over to Brooks and Luyt however, getting a settlement from your third party has been an absolute nightmare. The account has not seen a payment for more than 15months and now that I would like to settle, Your third party is going to prevent you from receiving any sort of payment

I was first contacted by your team in the month of May 2022 and spoke to Rinaldo however, we could not reach an agreement with regards to a settlement discount. I then contacted your call centre yesterday and again spoke to Rinaldo and he had agreed to speak to your client who is Atlas. We agreed that I call him back at 10:30am yesterday, I did he and he was not available. I then called him again a little after 12pm yesterday of which he advised that Atlas countered the discount and provided me with an amount of R9000.00 and R3500 for both the accounts, the call unfortunately got cut before we could finish. I then called back immediately however Rinaldo was again not available. After several calls I finally managed to get hold of him but this was merely an argument of how he did not appreciate the fact that I “accused him of avoiding me”. I advised Rinaldo that I would like to make the payment between yesterday and today hence the reason for him even giving me his cellphone number and as I not have one at the moment. It has been more than 24 hours since I spoke to Rinaldo and still I have not received a settlement letter. If this is his way of showing me he does not appreciate being accused of anything, he definitely showing me flames. Tis after he ensured me that I will have the letters by COB yesterday. If this is the type of service provided by managers, the service I got from the call centre agents makes perfect sense. I have all the call recordings of all 6-7 calls I had to make yesterday and can provide them to you. I would really appreciate the settlement letter as we all know it does not even take 30 minutes to draft this document. Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
