Remove my name from ITC

Hi <br> <br> Please assist i took loan from Atlas Finance in October 2010,and paid up the account,till today may name has not been removed from ITC,i was asked to send an email to inquiries which i did 4 times,and nothing was done.So please help i am so sick and tired of this.
