Removal of name from ITC

Hello<br> <br> I had an account with Atlast Finance a long time ago.This was then paid up and received proof of payment on the 4th of June 2013. I am however still blacklisted on ITC since 2013 under Boston Finance. <br> <br> Please can this be changed as soon as possible as it is hindering my credit score?<br> <br> Thanks
