Refusing to pay refund
I have been a client with Atlas finance for over 4 years. My account was double debited and since Dec 2022 I have been thrown from pillar to post getting the refund back. No one answers the Customer care *** line given by a consultant who also says she is struggling to get hold of head office.

23 Jan 2023, 11:21Thank you to Nomy for the prompt response. And to Andiswa from the Branch for the dedicated effort. I was refunded. This could have been avoided if there are proper channels of communication. I am sure @Atlas Finance will work on improving communication lines.
