Refund not paid

I'm not happy with the service at Atlas Finance. On the 14th of December 2023, they double deducted from my account and now when they are supposed to refund me they take their sweet time. This has caused a big inconvenience in my life. They said they had processed the refund last week Thursday but I haven't received my money yet. I was told that surely by Saturday last week I would have received it but nothing till today. Atlas Finance please refund me my money today, you have caused a big inconvenience and problem for me by doing the double deduction.
