REFUND DEMANDED

application for R8k was done remote they said and approved with monthly instalment of R1777.75 but my first instalment was R2499.69 which include a R620.00 vap which i dont know anything about it went to complain and ask more about ifound out its they insurance product that they did not explain about it over the phone , consultant added her own beneficaries that i dont know on my profile i requested a refund and the right installement coz what they did is ***** , they did fix the instalment but they did not refund me back for the product i never apply for . the manager said it out loud that i she wong refund me. to this date i dont understand why coz they comitted ***** by added product without my concern debited the funds we i did not aproved on the debit check . according to NCA customer has a right to choose the product , the customer has a right to be explain to clear and be treated fairly .i can not pay for a product nor services i did not apply
