Querying acc

I changed my banking details with atlas to a new bank of which they debiting the acc but now they still going back to the old acc of absa looking for money which of course they don't find now absa charges me R150 for every debit that is not processed I spoke to Musa.Moloko.Irene.Tebogo and Jeanine at my branch in Bellville 2 but I'm did not get any help instead I'm being sent from pillar to post
