Proper, fast and informative feedback would be great

So I have taken out a loan with Atlas Finance before and they have called me a few times to take out another one, I always declined cos I never needed it then. Now that I need one, I have been given the "run around" only to be rejected without any explanation. Mind you this is after calls and emails between myself and a consultant consultant called Thandiwe.

Granted, loans are given at their discretion but I think it was really unnecessary to make me wait 3 days after my initial online application and sending through of all my required documents.

It says the process is quick, easy and fast but I didn't get that.

I guess I am just hurt that I couldn't get the loan, but it would be great to know as to why I was declined.
