Promised feedback. Still waiting

Jalenca was taken over by Atlas finance in May 2017. I had a loan with Jalenca that was settled on the 25th of August . First installment was in May. I need a paid up letter. Atlas finance said that they cannot give me a paid in full letter because Jalenca does not excist anymore. Yet if you go to Jalenca's website you can still apply for a loan and the contact details given will get you through to Atlas finance. If Jalenca no longer excist how come Atlas finace uses Jalenca's website with their contact details. If Jalenca no longer excist where did my payments go that was made from May. I tried to get some help from Atlas finance, but you only get promises and no help
