POOREST OF THE POOR SERVICE SIES ATLAS FINANCE
I app**** for credit repair(REMOVAL OF DEBT REVIEW FLAG) with Atlas Finance. I settled it on 30 July 2025. According to the consultant it took 40days for removal of the debt review flag. Head office advised on Thursday 2 April 2026 that it takes 95 days as the NCR changed the term. Since July 2025, 8 (EIGHT)months has passed. I still have the flag on my name. No one at Atlas can give proper answers, no one is getting back to me and the most disgusting part is that I CANNOT APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT...NOT EVEN WITH ATLAS. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY

08 Apr 2026, 08:19I was contacted by Atlas. These people think I am a fool. Now they are saying they struggling to seperate my file from my husband's...I have been divorced since 2016. This year marks 10years. My divorce decree was requested and handed in at the branch December 2024. That's almost a year and a half ago. This still does not justify the fact that I've been waiting 8 months for this issue to be resolved. Someone upstairs are not doing what they suppose to be doing. I paid this thing cash because the flag was such a nuisance and I wanted to get rid of my past life. Atlas makes empty promises. The area manager and oe of the directors must give the go ahead for the loan...Neither one has made contact. How pathetic can one company be
They say they strive for customer satisfaction....This is not at all their reality. I am so frustrated that I need to pay for someone else's mistakes. I've been patient with Atlas. I will take this to the ombudsman if need be.
