Poor service from Atlas finance and Bornman Marlow Inc

Please assist me resolving below case, Account number: ***, Matter Number: 2ATL4486, Creditor: Atlas Flow. I'm not getting any assistance from either atlas finance or their lawyers Bornman Marlow Inc. I have never taken any loans with the company, I've called their call centers many times without a success. Even the lawyers couldn't assist me, they couldn't prove or show any documents signed by me. My last option now it's logging a complaint with National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO) (NFO).

This issue is affecting my credit score and now I'm being told that I need to visit their offices in order for them to assist, I must spend my hard earned cash to resolve issues created by them
