Poor service

I went to apply for a loan at boulders Midrand and i was assisted by the lady name Tintswalo. The requested me pay R35 hard cash for the card which was already taken from the loan that i took. She then asked me to buy her cooldrink because she says she was unable to get hold of my employer so is the favour that she continuing to assist me with a loan. On top the instalment that i have to she said is compulsory for me to pay for the funeral of R345 which i think is ********. I m so disgusted eith the service i got from atlas finance. I need answers on why i should pay for the funeral cover
