Poor Service and No Feedback

I emailed my documents through to a person called Ashleen at Atlas Finance, for a loan of R3000.00. All the documents have been emailed, as requested but I have not received any feedback since last week. I must say when you do an a online application the service that I have received was very poor and I actually are desperate to get the loan, as it is for my children education. I have never received such poor service before.
