poor service and disrespect

Poor service i received from atlas finace .

I recently find out that they have not updated my credit history payment to itc and when i contacted the branch manager in harrison jhb cbd benjamin he said he knows nothing about listing and itc stuff and theres nothing he can do .i paid my account in full and i never missed any payment and still today trans union says they have not updated my credit payment history since march and my last payment was on the 20 may and still today they have not updated my credit profile .AM very dispointed and very angry because my credit profile is affected and my score has dropped which i worked entirely 2 yrs to build it up .
