Poor service

I've been trying to make arrangements for my 2 loans but yet the service or lack of service from consultant happiness is absolutely appalling! No response or whatsoever. I'm receiving messages about being handed over and emails but this consultant does her own thing I'm responding to the emails but to no avail no response! So my question is do you want me to pay the account or just leave it as is?
