Pontsho from Atlas finance

I was working for atlas they referenced us this year January. I went to Old Mutual to enquire about my withdrawal of my claim.They said atlas said i exited the company because I was ill. I was retrached not ill. Emailed Pontsho who is in charge claims.she never responded when I call her she is always in the meeting .it's been three weeks trying to get hold of her.why is she taking so long to send old mutual an email explaining how did I exited the company. I need that money im unemployed.i urgently need my money how long must i wait for the mistake that was done by the company.Pontsho please email old mutual .
