Payment Confirmation Letter

We took a loan with Atlas and then we paid it up we took another one afetr it was paid off they did not give us a letter that confirms that the payment was done and now when we approach them they are sending us from pillar to post without help we need that letter and an explanation about how e still owe them money but it was paid
