Payback the money
I settle my account on the 12 Octomber 2015 but they still debit (25th Octomber) my account and they refuse to sort out the mess and refund me. Everytime l call them they say their head office will sort it out and they head office say they branch must sort it.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As discussed we will do our best to make sure this is seen to as quickly as possible.

Disappointed
My refund was paid but my credit record *****ed a year later after settling my loan within a month after taking the loan.
I took out two loans in April and October 2015(settled within a month) and both loans have been paid up. But credit report shows accounts still active. The Kempton Part Vortrekker branch told say they don't have records of me taking out loans while Atlas head office refer me to the *********** branch to sort out their mess.
