PATHETIC SERVICE AND UNDERMINING BLACK PEOPLE

Hi my name is Steven Mphephu, i once had a loan with Atlas and the loan was paid in full but atlas finance doesn't want to update my ITC, i went to atlas branch 3 times already and they always send me to debt tec offices in julies, i went to debt tec and they send me back to atlas, i called atlas and ask to talk to complains manager and the person who answer the phone says we are not allowed to talk to complains manager so i must talk to her, i'm tired of going up and down all i want is an update to close my account on ITC because i don't owe any cent, our agreement was that i pay the account and they update my ITC but now its difficult to do that, i cant apply for anything because ITC says i owe atlas and i don't owe them a cent
