Pathetic service. ????

I am very dissatisfied in atlas. I went there yesterday where i stayed whole day without being assisted. When I finally got help around 2:30 they asked me to go and get a paid up letter. I did but still the lady who was assisting me who was ofcourse extremely slow with everything. The system stopped working around 3:30 i stayed till 4:30 and was told to go home abd cone back next day. When i cane back this morning they couldn’t confirm my employment , they were asked to call back at 9. Im still waiting for them to confirm employment and give me the money. But when i call they keep saying they will call me back. This is extremely irritating and im sick and tired of waiting for someone to call me back......someone better call me back today.
