Patheic, Terrible Bad excuse for service

I went to an Atlas finance branch in Montague Gardens Cape Town on the 24th of July, I had to skip work simply beacause it was a matter of urgency that I consult them. when I got there all I heard was strong language "F"words, "S"words u name it consultants there speaking to each other in a very unprofessional manner. one of the consultants an older Colored male even had the audacity to **** right there at the cubes and an African Consultant shouted out loud he is a "P" word. at that time 20 minutes had past and we are still sitting there with no help. only 1 consultant was working of the 5 cubes, the other 2 had just gone to launch, the other one on her cellphone and chewing gum very loudly and the other one shouting to the ones in the kitchen. 15 minutes after that all the consultants were in the kitchen and cubes empty . only Received service about an hour and a-half later to be told to come back again because they had to close and of other reasons. this experience was worse than being in a government clinic.
