Paid up letter

I had a bad experience with this company from start for a loan of R5,100 that I took in July 2023 i paid 3 installment from there I couldn't pay due to some problems at work this year in in January 2024 I requested a settlement letter there was no respond till I went to the branch and request, I was told account was handed over to ADRS attorneys I made contact with them on the 10 February 2024 then received the settlement letter on 14 February 2024 on the 15 March 2024 I paid the amount of R3803.98 as stated on the settlement letter, how ever my name is still reflecting (advers) I have been calling them to send me a paid up letter they take me Pillar to Pillar I can't make use of my credit card i can't get vehicle fiance because of this situation somebody please help 😭😭😭😭😭 ***
