PAID UP ACCOUNTS NOT REMOVED ON ITC RECORDS

I took two loans with Atlas Finance Rosebank last year and I did not pay them according. My accounts were handed over to the Debt collector called Debt Tech. Last month I paid off my accounts to the Debt Collectors and I was provided with the paid-up letter. Now, the loans are still showing on my ITC Record. When I send the email to the Debt collectors asking about updating my account, I did not get a response. I sent an email to Atlas Finance Manager called Peggy with a PAID UP Letter asking the account to be updated, She did not respond. I decided to call her after some days, she said there is nothing she can do to assist. Now I am running around for the debts I have paid and no one cares if it removed or not. These accounts are affecting my ITC RECORD SCORE. I want them to return off as I have paid them
