paid up account but debit order still goes off

I went the the fearie glen branch of atlas finance to settle my loan with them and was assisted by Elsa who then gave me a reference number to pay at the bank wich I did, last month on the 26 may and this month 26 june debit orders went off from my acoount amounts of R1482. I then went to the branch to find out why they still deduct after I have settled my loan with them. elsa was not the so the branch manager assisted me but still till today nothing was paid back to me, I then went back to find out why and they told me that Esla gave me the wrong reference number. I am very unhappy becuase I never skipped a paiment and settled my account. I was also told that Elsa has done this kind of mistake before. I am still waiting for them to repay me and they keep on saying that they are waiting for head office.
