Online application not processed after 3 days still pending

Did an online application on Tuesday. To date I am the one who is running around calling with no assistance and they have unprofessional staff that is not ashamed to drop the call on your ear.

I am so disappointed at the level of service I have been received, why make an online application available if your staff is not trained on how to retrieve and process such applications?
