Non compliance to CPA

I took out a loan with atlas finance and after a while I made a payment arrangement with Ashlee that authorised the new debit order payment, however now I am listed as a non-payer that has missed payments although I have been paying my account monthly. This has drastically affected my credit score and not a single person at atlas finance can sort this out.

I have sent numerous emails with no response at all. This dates back to last year September already.
