No transperancy and very dishonest employees

I got a loan from the Elim branch, and i was assisted by a very nice lady by the name of Vuyiswa. Now my problem is I went and asked for my loan agreement as i wanted to check why my debit order is different from the one that i see when o check my credit score. I was then informed that the is a VAP that I do not know what it is. When i initially took the loan i was told that the insurance was free to all clients. The consultant is not the one who said so but the manager is the one who told me so when he was approving some things on the system. The consultant is not at fault but the the manager is. I went to the branch on the 29th of October and up until today no feedback has been given. The is no transperancy what so ever from your people. They are very dishonest. Once my loan is paidup i will never go back the. I would rather go to Barko atleast they are honest.
