No responses after taking money
I'm extremely Angry, I settled my account and no acknowledgement is given.. No report and this debt is still. Showing on my credit.
They just took the money.. No letter.. NOTHING.. that's just *********** and I'm extremely furious..

04 Mar 2023, 02:22Days later, still nothing, I am fed up with this company and it's services... They don't take clients seriously. Even now my account is not settled even after I paid for it. I sent money to settle it and I'm still waiting for a simple settlement letter confirming that they received the money.. Instead I'm being sent from post to pillar.. No responses... And even this will just be ignored...
