No response from Atlas finance

Please assist , I am trying to get a settlement letter from Atlas Finance with out success being sent from pillar to post , I have used the contact us method from their website with no luck . I want to settle my outstanding account and they are not helpful but to register my details they are very quick to do that . I have contacted all different branches and was informed that they can’t pick up my details on the system .
