No Paid Up letter

I am very frustrated with atlas because I paid my loan fully and they promised to give me a paid up letter to clear my name from credit bureau and this never happened. This was October 2022.

I’m still listed on the credit bureau. I have tried to contact atlas with no luck. I am constantly being transferred from one department to the other where they eventually hang up.

I need atlas to send me the paid up letter and to update my profile please.
