NO FEEDBACK NEARLY 3 MONTHS

I sent a query through on the 31st december 2019 "I have noticed on my credit report that I have 3 loans outstanding with atlas finance.

I am aware of one loan that is currently in arrears which I will be settling in the next month but not the other two - kindly advise and remove from my profile immediately as this was settled ages ago.

I included a screenshot that shows I have an additional two loans with them that is paid up. I want the two loans to be removed from my ITC

I have not received any feedback from them!
