Multiple Debut Orders in One Day

Atlas Finance Bramley took 3 debut orders of R8500 from my bank account on the 25th of January. After being on a phone call with the branch for 1hr 25min trying to resolve the issue, they realised the took additional debit orders in that day and agreed to refund me. They didn't refund me. Today, 30th January i called their head office for assistance and spoke to their refunds department who acknowledged that the debut orders were ********. They told me they would investigate and call me back with feedback. After an hour, I tried calling them back but still, there is no clarity or feedback. Kindly assist.
