I came to you for assistance with debt removal and I was assisted by Lucy who referred my matter to Mafori Finance, I paid all the necessary fees in 2023 and yet to date when I try to apply for credit Iam still flagged. The level of incompetency is quite shocking because now Iam being sent from pillar to post with no one wanting to take accountability. What really happened here? What happened to the money I paid? Or was this a ****? I keep on calling and No one can assist, may I please get my money back
