i was told when trying to apply for a loan that i still owe Atlas finance. how can this be possible is the debt not prescribed and i am sure that it was settled i am now told that i still owe R3 thousand plus. was not notified about the outstanding debt . please help me with an explanation as i sent a mail to your company's email address and have not received a response. please also provide me with the details of the NCR and financial ombudsman.
