loan repayment

On the 28 April 2021 I got a loan from Atlas finance in Bloemfontein I withdraw 1000 from Nedbank 600 from Standard bank but both transaction were cancelled .I reported the branch immediately I was promised that the money will reflect on Monday 3rd May 2021 but I have not yet get the money..
