Loan

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the way they debited my account twice for the same loan.

I was debited an amount of R2448. 65 in the same month. I brought this to their attention on the 22nd of December but to date my query has not been sorted out.

I called the manager of the branch and she said I need to wait. No specific time frame nothing.

I am battling especially with these trying times it's hard.

The very unfortunate thing is that if you take a loan with them and pay them off the next day you would have accumulated interest. I am going for a full week now but I haven't received my money.

I am very frustrated and I really don't know what to do since no one is picking up my phone.
