Loan Approved- Contract signed -Debi-Mandate Approved but left with no Loan...

I am absolutely disheartened at the level of professionalism at the Atlas Finance @ 54 Queen Street , Opposite liberty Liquors , Durban shop 10 & 11. I went to Atlas Finance for a loan to which it was approved. I signed the contract. I authorized the debit order mandate from my primary account for the installment to be debited but The branch manager sat at her desk and screamed so that the whole branch as well as the other clients can hear that they will set debit orders on both my primary cheque account and my savings account because I deposit more than 60% of my salary to my savings account and I was a risk to which I agreed. I received the card in which the money would be deposited. I received congratulations message. Then we had to wait for the branch manager to come back to from the toilet so she can set up the debit order from my savings account , Upon her arrival back from the toilet the whole branch and the clients had to hear about how her pants keeps getting hooked and how her tights got town and she had to wear it to work with a hole and how glad she was that nobody noticed until she got to her desk . This is when she proceeded to set up the second debit order to which she screamed to the lady that was helping me WHAT IS THE INSTALLMENT and the lady responded the contract is in front of you , then the lady left to go and show her and came back to proceed with me , The second debit didn't go through and that is when the height of vagabond behaviour started .... She proceeded to shout ... "DO NOT GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE CARD, THE SECOND DEBIT ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH, THE CLIENT IS A RISK, BRING THAT CARD HERE CUT THAT CARD, "THE LADY THAY ASSISTED ME was so embarrassed that got up and went to branch manager to talk to her when she came back I said to her that there are two accounts there we done setting up the debit on the cheque account you were suppose to select savings for the second debit , So she went back and told the Branch manager to try again But the Branch manager was still screaming and acting so unprofessional "NO NO NO BRING THAT CARD , CUT THAT CARD UP and and and.... So we tried again but it didn't go through.... To which I handed the card and envelope back to the lady and said thanks and proceeded to walk out , And the Branch manager continued to scream about me being a risk and cut the card even after I had handed the stuff which i had already signed for back to the lady..

Yes we as customers are there because we need a little help financially but to be treated in an inhumane manner is very sad. The BRANCH MANAGER in this branch lacks people skills and seriously doesn't show any empathy towards the clients, She just sits there and shouts .
