ATLAS FINANCE - not doing their work correctly Hi - I had two loans with ATLAS FINANCE, and it was paid up between March and May 2025 - and to date they have not removed me from Transunion bureau and the turnaround was supposed to be 30 days from the date that it was paid. Just to find out no this is not how ATLAS Finance is working, I have sent numerous emails and made a lot of calls in the last 3 weeks trying to get the incorrect information removed to say I still owe them. But getting nowhere with them coming up with the excuse they take 30 working days to remove it well we now in October 2025 and the 30 days has elapsed 6 months ago I am trying to obtain a property but with this still showing as outstanding it's hindering me and it's not my fault - I have begged and pleaded to remove it I am so upset and angry with them this is not ethical. One was paid on the 17/03/2025 and the second one on 13/05/2025. I now went on Experian to find out my score to my dismay it still shows I owe ATLAS FINANCE once again on one account WHICH IS A BLATANT LIE!!!! AS BOTH HAS BEEN PAID UP AND I HAVE THE LETTERS THIS IS NOW UTTER RUBISH I AM LIVID AS I SIT HERE HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE OUT THERE HAS BEEN DONE IN LIKE THIS.
