Its been 10 months i have been requesting for atlas to update my credit profile they did not i went back to them to check what happened and apply for another loan, their response was they can override the score and assist then came back and said the excut

Its been 10 months i have been requesting for atlas to update my credit profile they did not i went back to them to check what happened and apply for another loan, their response was they can override the score and assist then came back and said the excutive says i must never step foot in their offices they cant help. I dont understand i sent many emails and calls no one did anything after infringement of my ITC they are telling me even them cannot help me.
