Invalid ITC listing by Atlas Finance

I have settled my Atlas Finance account in October 2019. Two months ago I found out they Atlas finance had not updated my details with the relevant credit bureaus. I immediately contacted Atlas Finance and advised them of their error. I addition to this I provided them with all the necessary documentation to confirm that my account had been paid up. I was advised that with 7-21 working days the listing will be removed. It has now been 60 days, I have literally sent hundreds of emails and yet still Atlas Finance is reflecting on my credit profile as an account which is in arrears. I honestly do not know what more I can do as I have tried everything. This is the most pathetic service that I have ever received in my entire life.
