Incorrect Reporting

I've been a good customer with them for quite some time now.

Unfortunately, this has come to an end.

I have NEVER missed any payments, in fact, I have settled loans earlier than what was required. The big problem that I have, is that some of the loans that has been settled early, reflects as outstanding and overdue on the different credit bureaus.

I have made them aware of this, to which they rep**** they will rectify this and it should take a couple of days, This was about 2 months ago.

There are at least THREE entries that they have reported wrong, and they do not reply to email. The ONE time they did reply to an email, they sent me a paid up letter for someone else's account and someone else's details on!
