I want my Paid up letter !!!

If you’re thinking of taking a loan from them please RUN.

I paid up my loan this this company last year and requested for my details to be updated and as a result they needed a paid up letter from me that was never provided to me , one of the workers tried to get this paid up letter for me I’m assuming from another department two weeks ago and till date I have still not received my paid up letter and this has still not been resolved.

I have never met a financial institution with such poor customer service and with little to no regard to their customers. I am so unhappy and disappointed at this service.
