I NEED MY REFUND DUE TO YOUR NIGLEGENCE

I took a loan from Atlas last month their first installment was for December 2022 they debited twice on 21 DECEMBER 2022 R1627 and on 22 December 2022 the did the same i started to call them on 23 December 2022 this month on this number *** this number it hard to to get them they don't pickup the call on time you have to try 100 times to get them, i spoke last week with a lady says that she see my money that they have to refund she confirm that i will get my money on the 23 December 2022. idid call again on 23 they say no one did a refund i have to submit my bankstatement account to the branch so that i will get my refund on the 24 yersteday i called the branch manager she said that not aware that i did'nt get my refund she said she will email again to the HEAD OFFICE i must wait to get it today on the 28 later on today on 29 i call her today she said i have to call Head Office again to do follow up my self i told her that this number is not answered i have to keep on calling i tried several times no answered , ***.

I'm not happy with atlas finance service is poor i need my money and also my debit charges because it wasn't my error i did'nt enjoy christmas due to atlas.

I need my money today before 12:00 i'm sick nd tired of their negligence.
