I have been trying to make payment arrangements but no response

I have taken out a loan with Atlas Finance in August 2017 at MTN RANK Johannesburg CBD and soon and was supposed to do my first repayment ,month end of August , unfortunately my sibling passed on and I was hospitalized soon after the burial.

Things have been getting better from last month and I have been trying to make contact to make payment arrangements but I have been sent from pillar to post , I am being told that someone will be in contact with me to make arrangements but never got any calls or any contact since then. Can I be contacted to make arrangements?

I got a call from Palesa who said that she has requested for my profile from the relevant department and said that she will get back to me. I was not told anything about calling the call centre???!!!
