Holding me Ransom regarding Clearance on Credit Bureaus

I have two accounts with you guys and I managed to settle all of them and they are fully paid up. The problem now is that you guys cannot clear me on Transunion and Experian. When I was owing, you were constantly phoning me 24/7 reminding of my obligation. the account was referred to Concept Recovery. Now the two of you are playing tennis ball and none of you guys wants to take responsibility as to who should submit the clearance to the credit bureaus. I am up to my wits end with this matter as I need this to be attended to asap. Please can someone take responsibility and clear my name on the ITC's. Looking forward to an amicable response and resolution regarding this matter. Please respond on my email or whats'app or my phone.
