Helped straight into downfall

Absolute poor service experienced from Atlas Finance in Welkom,as I have not received my debit order reversal(deducted twice). It's been a week and they keep redirecting me to various consultants and departments over the phone everyday I follow up. Mind you,no one gives any feedback! Not even a referrence number or case number given to monitor progress. They're very quick to deduct your payment but take their time to rectify mistakes! Unacceptable!!! Would never recommend anyone to use their financial services,they're the worst!
