Handed over to Atlas lawyers

I once took a loan from Atlas finance and they handed me over to their lawyers and last year in may i got Bayport to settle their lawyers now they sending me messages that am being handed over again to their lawyers for a loan which after Bayport settled their account i never take another loan from them and it's even showing at credit score that they didn't clear my name am not happy at all with their services
