greedy atlas finance

i had a loan by atlas in September.... but that loan has not been updated its paid in full but it still shows' as active on my credit score... and its hurting my credit score..... i emailed the lady Porsha and asked for proof of settlement but she never responded... they are fast to collecting money bat the work after that then it stops... their rent is a lot they just act like greedy people as soon as the money is in they disappear
